Thus far Gridmon has focussed on our hosted solution based on the hobbit project.
Many of the new features we have wanted to deliver (ACL's, Interactive javascript interface, Customised graphing, Event console and auto-discovery) have been awkward to implement into the existing infrastructure. So, we have under taken a full architecture review and will be switching to an exciting new Nagios based project and going fully open source at the same time. The new architecture will deploy the main components onsite and utilise the Gridmon data centres for HA services.
